Battle[edit]
The battle referred to here isn't a named one that I'm aware of. The authors are apparently just trying to say "he fought there", and used the unusual phrase they did because there is a Battle of Halys. Byzantine history, 5th century.... -- Paul Drye

Sure? I see no source given. I've only heard of Barley being used as measurements, as apparently the individual grains varied extremely little in size in ancient times. --BjKa (talk) 14:15, 19 November 2017 (UTC)
